That was never said. I simply said that your statement: “NOW most medical euthanasia acts there are initiated by doctors with no authorization.” was bizarre and stupid.

A true statement (if you cared to make one) would be, "NOW, MOST medical euthanasia acts are initiated and authorized by the client except in instances previously noted. And all euthanasia is reviewed in Professional Committee to ensure compliance with the Act."
