RBECiv is a Civilization Game: About RBECiv is a Civilization game based off FreeCiv code, oriented toward evolving Civilization with new technology, new buildings, units and real RBE groups such as AOSDT. You will be able to play through transitional phase scenarios, interaction with alien species, discover different types of governments such as "Computer AI" and of course, conquer like our uncivilized species does.
