The guy who wrote the article conveniently overlooked the most obvious reason for this disparity.

Liberals don't read.

(my cousin just finished reading Clinton's book, and he proudly proclaimed, "i've been working on it for two years. I think I am going to read it again.". I thought, "four years per book, average lifespan 80 years, that explains a lot!)
