Of course. Anybody will rip off a retard out trying to buy stuff with his wife's money. Take your wife with you when you go looking for feathers. She knows how to deal with a rough crowd. If you continue going out alone people will continue to fleece you.

From what you have told us you are more than a bit gullible so you really need to make it a very firm rule to not go out shopping for feathers (or anything) by yourself. ALWAYS take a trusted adult with you (like that Priest who has been so nice to you so often). LOL!
