"I got a call from the Star Tribune today regarding the cease and desist letter and the situation with JBI. They were notified by either the SEC or an SEC watch group--I don't remember who they said, but thank you to whomever it was that initiated that. Hopefully this will get the ball rolling on shutting down Mr. Bordynuik.
