Has Obama been outsmarted in every deal with foreign governments? Doesn't look good. Russia, with a GDP less that 10% of ours, is refusing our offers.... Dealing with us as an equal, and pushing hard for their interests, whether we like it or not... Bluff works! This is so 1970's! the Russian legislature refused to do what Barack Obama insisted of the US Senate, which was a quick ratification. For that - I can't blame the Russians. Passing important far reaching legislation - quickly, without reading and with no discussion -- is irresponsible and idiotic. Our Congress should also consider abandoning this recently fashionable way of doing business.
