You are correct, oh wise MAM. Rod, it's a 20 day window 6-9 months from now. All going below $29 now means is that the arbs with existing positions don't have to adjust them for a while (until it heads north again). It also reduces the spread for new arb positions if MCIC stays put, but the spread is so wide now that WCOM could drop several more points (or MCIC could rise several) before the spread becomes too thin to play the arb.
