This is bullshit. There's been a doubling of CO2 levels since 1880. There are two causes of the increase - burning fossil fuels and deforestation. The vast majority of the added CO2 has been unequivocally shown to be coming from burned fossil fuels.

Actually, no, there has only been a 40% increase in the atmospheric CO2 since 1880. Actually the number is less of an increase if you use 1880 as your year. If you use 1860 as the year, then the number is a 40% increase.

And in a given year, only 4% of the CO2 in our atmosphere is produced by man.

You are welcome to show me references that dispute those numbers.
