Dale,

Before calling Rick a spammer, it would be worthwhile to check out the contest board at:

Subject 58124

If you or any entrant submits a portfolio of biotech stocks that appreciates the most by year end, then all contest participants donate a pre-specified amount to the charity of your choice.

There is no entrance fee. None of the participants get any financial reward (unless they invest in some biotech winning ideas that they otherwise may not have even heard about).

The only financial beneficiary is the charity designated by the person with the winning portfolio at year end.

IMO, this is an incredibly good, positive and worthwhile initiative made possible by SI.

Check out the thread. You have until the end of this week to enter should you so choose.

FWIW,
Ian
