Rob, <The bid is at 3/8. if it closes with a bid of 3/8, does this mean the countdown starts all over again?> That is correct. The bid must close above 6 3/8 to keep the countdown going (3 days so far). Sure could use that fantastic news TMex has been talking about to get this thing off the fence. Jim
