governance.

Frightening - isn't it? Unfortunately it describes about
4 percent of the general population and an exponentially
higher percentage of the political pathocracy where these
characteristics are not only encouraged, but vetted for,
and are a pre-requisite for inclusion as either a manager,
political bureaucrat, or scientific technocrat for the
globalists.
The FBI's Behaviorial Analysis Unit even released a report
on the subject of psychopathy being rampant among American
