YES THEY ARE IN BUSINESS!! Sales are good and improving. Co could be back on NASDAQ during Q1. when THEY can convert debt to equity at about 10 1/2 per sh. New products will be introduced during q1or q2. No need for significant capital infusion. This level IMHO is a buy, but tax loss selling will keep it from going to far before next yr.
