I didn’t ask you anything about “water mist”. I asked you if there were rainbows pre-flood observed by anybody alive on the planet. The bible says that Jesus set the rainbow in the sky as a reminder to Himself that He had made a promise. The rainbow was to help Him remember the promise--REMEMBER??

13”I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

14And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:

15And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

16And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.”

So was God lying about setting the rainbow in the sky (sounds like a miracle, don’t it!) AFTER the flood that tortured Him so dearly…or was God telling the Truth??

Nobody asked you anything about “water mist”.

So don’t be a dingbat. Just answer the question like a man, and state your point of view.
