That's the question everyone will be demanding of their congressman when gas reaches four bucks.Those idiots had the last 2 years to pass an energy bill to get an infrastructure started .....But nooooooooo somehow they thought China would stop growing ,the US would be in recession forever and 50 buck oil wuz here to stay.

I like CLNE cauz sooner or later the country will hafta go that way.
