Doubt of what?

Doubt that Y2K press and contract signings will cause a panic on Main Street ... leading John Q. Public to the slaughter at the hands of the prescient early-comers ... who will sell at the top and gladly take their 1000% gains ... and ride off into the sunset in fast cars with their concubines.

The press, the contracts, and the earnings are there. But the stocks are falling. Greed will turn to fear.
