Max, I doubt you could go short on an OTC stock under 5, these are usually not marginable and thus no loanable stock is usually available (exceppt for the MM's of course).

AS for TRKN, they still lack cash, they have paid off some debt (and will reduce interest charges), butthey have a long way. What do they have now aopart of MORI and force fil? How their low k dielectric? Sematech just announced their own development of lok k compatible with the new copper technology.
