Any laptop PC would do this function. CompactFlash plugs into PCMCIA port when fitted into an adapter. Now, the n.hand should come up with a way to plug into a PC. These two devices become your e: and f: drives (assign your favorite letters) on your PC or Laptop. You transfer files between them by copying files.

Whether there will be a market for a device that does exclusively this task, I am not sure. But then, I have seen video tape rewinders.
