o.k.,as i at 69 never received either medicare or medicaid, i never get them straight.
But i think key point is drop in revenues ALONG with more and more people getting poorer, thus qualifying for Mediaid is what stresses the system.
So states raise land taxes and other taxes(i now pay 2,500 dollars for 3 acres and a humble home--several years ago it was 1,300) to as U.S.Government keep taxes down, or they the states go banrkupt.
California i guess will be the next "TBTF", and thus another move to debt increasing.
In the meantime, lies manipulation and such as Obama saying tjhe decrease in unemployment is cause for being happy about our great future, and totally ignores that workforce had masive reduction only because of people quitting searching, and thus are not counted as employed.
Nor do they count those working one day a week as unemployed.
So are REAL unemployment is near 20%.
But the talkin' heads sling the BS.
Only thing different between the old USSR and us, is you don't get sent to Siberia or be sentenced to a mental home, if one dsare shout the government be lie lies and some more lies .

They talk, "o wow slight uptick of 2 cents" in earnings per hour, but ignore most of this is earnings for those financial system escalatinging far above 2 cents so enable the 2 cent increase.
At some point the public will wake-up and get revolutionized, but Government has that angle covered already, as they will have this "revolution" be government manipulated class warfare. And the Progressive against the Tea Party, and government can say, you need us to take over the streets.

Ministry has a song in industrial loud shouts out "The World The World, IT IS NOT WORKING!" Well our governments and others will do all they can to hide the fact "The World is NOT Working".
