Big deal. Obama would just call them something else. He wants his people running things without Congressional hearings.

I really wonder how the Presidents got into this mess of allowing Congress to approve all these hires by them. If I were Prez I think I would do it without them and tell the SC to stay out of it. Separation of powers.
