Sheldon,

Good to hear from another HARD fan. That makes at least 2 of us, maybe 3.
I'll be anxious to hear your thoughts. I started buying HARD about 6-7 months
ago. I've averaged down, averaged up, and averaged sideways. My net results
to date = I shoulda had my $ in the exciting world of CD's.
Like you, I think this will change for the better.

For a company this small (can you be smaller than $0 revenue?) to have
as President/CEO a former member of the Executive Board of the World Bank,
and a new Board member who was former CEO of an $8B company, the assumption
seems logical that these guys might have something up their sleeve.

Last I heard, new financing will bring final, fully-diluted share count
to the 12-15M range. Just a few months ago, plans were for no more than
10M, after net effect of share cancellation and financing. Hopefully, this
additional dilution will prove to be more than offset by the addition of Lavin to
the Board.

Have a good weekend,
David
