Yes it's no accident I included the Semi's. You'll know your friends but what they DO not what they say.

Given what I saw at the CES, I'd say tech is going to do well this coming year and the semi's will have their time trying for the high 70's.

I wouldn't be quick to enter on this pullback.

Even if we were to move to 1290 we are going to roll over and as we do THAT takes some time. Unless it was something like the so called fat finger crash and then you would see a technical breakdown.

But as I noted the other day the spxew has begun it that one tends to lead quickly.

However in all of this don't forget that one should be expecting some acquisitions as things weaken.

Have a good one and remember SOX hits some resistance at sox 500 at some point.
