it shall be an awful day when one of the major currencies go down for the count its central bank burned to the ground the central bank strung up on light pole and the masses realize that they have been had for their life time. imagine the worldwide panic. all hopes, wishes, plans, and dreams would vaporize with the destruction of what most now think of as money. what do you figure you would be doing that day? swimming in the bahamas, tanning in barbados, or just hanging out in the garden, bbq-ing? i figure to be reading a book at the beach, titled "fiat money inflation in france" i shall decide on the drink later. THEY will try to ban private ownership of gold right around that time, plus / minus, and we would not care, because we already have gold.
