Rather strange behavior of QDEL share price? Immediately after announcing prospects for a bad quarter and after the stock dropped in price, Qdel announces a share offering of 4 millions shares. The next day? Hardly a coincidence. QDEL should be expected to have a lackluster quarter given the lack of flu incidences - but they had the big acquisition that one would expect to add to revenue. Hard to read what is happening here? Something though.
