Jeff, I'm not sure they have $1 billion in cash. It's probably cash & investments ... not sure how much of it is already invested. Also, they will have to save some amount to take a one-time charge if they want to get out of high-end drive market.

In any case, they can start buying back, particularly at any price below $25.
