He doesn't give a rats stinky butt about worth. It's what HE wants. He wants like new arms with printout on who made them and how they were used.

Then for the sake of the rest of us antique arms collectors I hope he doesn't 'fix' too many more. Some antiques should not be cleaned it actually ruins the history of how it was used - which you said he claims to admire.

There's always one old man in the gun store wanting to drill holes for a scope in an antique .22lr worth $1000+ and turn it into a $300 gun - when I offer to buy them a brand new Ruger 10/22 in trade + crappy scope.
