Dave..<<The new switches are being financed by the seller under the same terms as the original ones (yea the ones that caused them to be so in debt as to need ISGI) - do you know what those terms are?? There are no free lunches.>> ISGI needed TWT for its profit making potential...and TWT needed ISGI as its public vehicle. If the acquisition of the 5 additional new switches are going to generate additional revenues and income, I see this as a very positive action taken by management especially since the deal is financed by the seller and not by dilution of shares as so many people keep talking about. It's going to take some time for this company to establish itself in the market-place, so patience would be the watchword here. Ben
