My understanding is that the vast majority (over 99%) of mentally ill people do not end up committing violence against others. The few that do, do so from some catalyst from the real world.

Do you think the kind of rhetoric (including images of gun sights) and talking of not retreating and reloading is the kind of thing that grown ups should be talking about. Is it wise? Is it necessary? Is there any reason for it?
