I purchased and installed Quicken 2011. When I try to use the Tax Planner, I click on the Planner Icon and it opens a web page. However, there's no way that I know of to use the web for tax planning. There's no way to enter the data. When I click on the ? mark, I get a message that says. "Firefox can't find the server at qw.exe." Does anyone know what's going on with Quicken and how to fix it? TIA Stock Bull
