Unfortunately, the ultimate irony is the reading of the Constitution was too boring for the Congress to sit there and listen to it.

If that is the case I would encourage some one working towards another Amendment - which says - Members of Congress need to pass a skill test to prove they know our Constitution.

I did that with no gripes as part of my Naturalization process... Why can I not expect a person who represents me to have at least the same knowledge ?
