The Brady law is in force. Doing mean andor dumb things with guns is as unlawful there as elsewhere. The OK Corral was characterized by a no-holds-barred gunfight. I do not see evidence for especially guncrazy behavior in Arizona. Yes, Loughner used a gun. I think we'll get further blaming Loughner than the gun. Jmo.
