$That's really old news and it is like burying egg shells in your garden -they just keep turning up.

It is a big mess and the longer they delay the true market forces the longer this nightmare drags on.

I think it is very much like the dot com bomb.

I took 10-12 years for the misallocation of capital to be recovered from.

If you rely on housing for a job you're hurting.

Texas is so removed from that problem - there were 3 lots left in our subdivision not desirable at all.

Three lots were offered for sale this summer, and before the homes were finished they ALL were sold.

It just is not a bad market in Texas.But then we also had laws against second mortgages up until very recently.

That helps levered homes were not allowed.

Still it takes a long time when common sense is absent.

I still think the market looks weak and will roll over some more.

That being said $SOX looks strong WOOOHOOOO
