I have been an investor since the initial public offering in the summer of 2008.

What "IPO" occurred in the Summer of 2008 and why does none of that cash appear in any JBII filing? He knows EXACTLY how he got his JBII stock but won't tell us for some reason... Honest John didn't own stock in TRTN in the summer of 2008 - he didn't acquire TRTN until April 2009. He was selling Expedite2 stock that was later exchanged for shares of the NV-incorporated JBI Inc.

I would have suggested you ask someone else as stock details are not something I can explain with any expertise. I think Rawnoc's explanation is as good as it gets. I have been an investor since the initial public offering in the summer of 2008. You will find all sorts of speculation about how original investors ended up with three way splits or some such nonsense. My initial shares were transferred to 310 Holdings, 1 share for 1 share. In other words, the first publicly traded shares that I owned, were the 310 Holding shares later renamed JBI.

I suggest you look at the website for Withum Smith & Brown. PC, they signed off on all the JBI books, if there is an issue, accuse them of wrong doing or incompetence. withum.com Even better, post it here and I'll forward it to them.
