I'm with you on the your split analysis. Perhaps IOM is simply telling the truth about it's reasons for the split. Seems logical enough. I aso agree that it would not have been done if weakness were expected. The announcement, on top of 10mil and the "Big" announcement might also be aimed at creating a media/PR blitzkrieg as we approach holiday shopping season.

On another note, Gary, it looks like those Dec25calls I bought this AM are looking better and better. I almost traded out of them right away but couldn't stand not being "in" for the next few days at least. Still long real shares in my core portfolio and couldn't be happier about the split!
