Like I said "danger money" ! Seriously though, NCDI has been in business for a while so if the "IBM" NC flops they'll probably keep going since they are also selling it under their own name. They can always do the layoff (ahem) downsizing route if IBM pulls out. Boy I'd love to see one of the damn things running though, just to see what it's like.

Hmm, I'm not convinced IBM was the downfall of those Drive makers, I remember the drive industry as real cut-throat even compared to the semi field. Even IBM has a hard time making money at Drives. Didn't Miniscribe basically screw itself with false orders and stock manipulation ?
