Hi Eugene, I can't give you a source of the information, unforunately. Look in the financial press today like the Wall Street Journal or Financial Times; you may see something about "Japan premium" or whatever they want to call it. It got bad yesterday; the reason I know is I work trading interest rates (albeit long term like 5 years; not short term like 3 months). The don't understand fully bit is "Why the Japanese have such huge US funding requirements, and the US banks get tight about lending it". It's not my market. Neil.
