We both went.

It was really bizarre to have an Iranian with islamic background insist that dialogue and appeasement will not work with the people in power in Iran. And then have a israeli jew insist that dialogue and appeasement were the answer (solve the palestinian problem and the iranian problem goes away).

The professor was clearly a liberal intellectual elitist who thinks if we are just nice to them that they will want to get along with the world. Reza made it clear that this is not the case.
