It's very strange that Liberal Pima County (Tucson) continually re elects a kooky, irresponsible, Liberal sheriff, while Liberal Maricopa County (Phoenix) continually re elects a publicity seeking, near Nazi, right wing sheriff. Democracy in action, but better than the options, eh?
