Michael...be careful. These tech stocks are like running backs. They have limited shelf life. It already looks like S3 has lost its edge. Additionally this lawsuit and its bad performance will keep it off radar screens for many quarters. Use your money elsewhere in thetime being and when upside volume comes back and AFTER they clear the decks with this restatement and AFTER they have a quarter of good earnings, consider getting back in.
