Useless analogy - we're talking about unstable people and using artificial limits on magazine capacities to control the damage to I guess in your mind an acceptable limit of 10. Perhaps more focus on unstable people under the guise of obamacare would be a better option especially for this nutcase that had a history with law enforcement yet everyone just ignored him, his issues and his threats.
