With three attackers/burglars and FBI statistics to prove less than 50% of rounds find their target a fifteen round magazine is about the minimum required.

But really, what's the excuse for giving that kind of firepower to regular folks. A black powder rifle? Sure- that's certainly consitutional. Deuling pistols? our founding fathers would approve. An uzi? I don't think so.

You should probably read the Heller decision.

It only takes one shot and magazine limits are not going to solve anything - they are already on the market by the millions.
