No, don't tax the people who make the yachts. Just tax those high priced tag items over $5 million a National Sales Tax. I really think that IF I had the BIG money that some of the folks who have developed the high tech gadgets and items, I (and others with the BIG Money) will buy them regardless of the tax on them. Paul Allen has at least three HUGE yachts that are moored all over the world, ready for use with a crew at his whim. Good for him. We all have computers on every desk now, as Gates dreamed we would have. But to more equalize the VERY HIGH Wealth and Income from that, because lumped in with the other more regular incomes, it really skews the disparity .... And as far as education is concerned. I agree. But it's that old story...you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.... Take that to an extreme....look at the mass killer of last weekend.....He had opportunity to take any class he could, and blew it. He's probably smart, but there are some brain clogs that appear to have mucked up his thinking. Look at the books that he said were his favorites. People with low IQ don't read those books. I said before, his eyes remind me of killer Ted Bundy's eyes. Education.....we are dumbing down everything these days to the lowest common denominator. We MUST stop that! We as a Nation have to get the Unions out of the way, and actually deal with ALL our children in a way as to assure they will have a path forward in life.
