Forbes China, the licensed Chinese-language edition of Forbes, is out with its latest list of China’s best small businesses, and Nasdaq-listed China MediaExpress Holdings (CCME) has come out on top.

This year’s no. 1 provides broadcast advertising services in buses. Its shares are up by more than 60% in the past year, and are trading at a modest six times earnings per share, according to Bloomberg.
