Excuse me for butting in but the way I understand it is that the plant in Hialeah is not owned by RMIL/OVIS. It is leased as are the offshore plants. The equipment, however, apparently IS owned. Sounds like they are sub-leasing the plant and renting out the equipment. The $6000 probably includes rent and equipment use.

Depending on how you asked your question when you called, it might have yielded a "no ties" answer. They might have thought you were refering to the product line.
