Michael, Be careful with buying on the way down. I watched S3 on level II today. The biggest block trade today, 53,000+ went off at the bid at 3:50. Although I lost my shirt on S3 I'm sleeping better now. And I didn't think it would fall another 15% from where I sold. Dave
