Mr. Krause, The Seattle RE market sucks and will suck like most others for at least another year or two. Our group has been making monie hand over fist this past year and think that we are not finished. Photographie only gets you so far (how many mountains can you photograph anyways). Time to leave Zip a failing RE company and head for greener shores. Whatever you choose always best to you! Jane
