I think we will get the financing of $5 million very soon.Then this little penny stock may start to move up with drilling at hand. On another subject the Pentagon is projecting a 10 million bpd shortfall by 2015.Also today the EU energy minister said the world has entered peak oil.

If PEP starts drilling this penny stock could move up rather fast.An. oil crisis in 2011 would move most oil stocks higher
