INTC's balance sheet also looks pretty good compared to last year at this time. I think INTC has done a good job of managing the market's expectations. They have kept the bar very low and easy to hurdle.

My only negative is not based on the numbers. I am concerned that many(most) semi stocks have soared in advance of this report.

I was curious if INTC would torpedo the market, as they often do, but it appears they've done well. I would be very, very cautious of a gap and crap setup tomorrow but that's just me!
