P.I. on the buy side might mean some certain unmentionable U.S. playOrs know something, think they know something, or don't want you to think they know something but only clear though one Canadian house. Or it may be P.I. inhouse x all the above. Or it might be a litte old lady from Pasidina whose nephew has been reading this thread. Tuna may be on to something from a few posts back vis-a-vis the business end of a shaker. I just dunno.
