Actually, I shorted some more SEEC today at 22 (I had some luck on this one. Not so in my COMS long position but my shorts provided a partial bail out) I did find a significant number of shares through Fidelity Premium Services. They did not have them in house but found it in the network. Unless you are buying a zillion shares you should be capable of finding some. Complain to your broker and/or open an account with fido! Pancho
