my younger son just graduated high school--and he wrestled for like 10 years-was county champ last year and placed in the states 3 years- -it is by far the toughest --and most underappreciated sport there is--especially training wise-when he was in middle school i used to have to take him all over the state and pa for tournaments on the weekends--and there is nothing like a wrestling tournament--all day event
and for you--your never going to be more nervous then when he takes the mat for his match
